Outlook 2007 Setup

Standard Plus users can download Outlook 2007 here.

Once you have Outlook 2007, all you need to do is install the security certificate. Follow the default prompts to install the certificate unless you are using Microsoft Vista.

Vista users you will have to manually place the certificate in the "trusted root certificates" folder when the certificate install program runs.

POP3/IMAP Setup

The following examples use Outlook 2003 POP3 or IMAP setup, but you can use the same settings for any POP3 or IMAP program.

The Incoming mail server is: webmail.rhodeone.net

The Outgoing mail server is: webmail.rhodeone.net

Mobile Device Setup

Account Settings:
Account Name: (anything you want)
Account ID: simpleusername (click to get your Simple username)
Password: your password
Domain: rhodeone.net
Exchange Server: webmail.rhodeone.net
Name: Firstname Lastname
Email Address: email@domain.com

Mail:
Downloading Mail: Receive complete messages
Message options: none

Directory:
LDAP Server: Not Currently Supported (you won't be able to access the Global Address book)
Search Base: <blank>

Advanced:
Public folders server: webmail.rhodeone.net/public/
Synchronization options: synchronize all items to server
Security: nothing checked

Delegate:
Nothing
